IRC has been working in Pakistan for approximately 40 years, managing and delivering large, complex programs to meet the needs in health, education, safeguarding, environmental health and livelihoods for displaced, poor and disaster affected communities. IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and is currently working across the country
Job Summary
GBVIMS Officer will work under the guidance and direct supervision of WPE Coordinator. The GBVIMS Officer will primarily be responsible for ensuring GBV data is accurately and ethically collected, stored, analyzed & shared in strict adherence to the GBVIMS Guidelines and relevant protection standards. They will be responsible for all monitoring and evaluation and reporting aspects of the WPE activities to inform better program interventions under the supervision of, and with technical support from, of the WPE Coordinator. They will also lead on developing and implementing qualitative feedback mechanisms with the WPE team of programming activities and services. S/he will be responsible to receive, enter and monitor data on GBVIMS. Along with WPE Coordinator S/he will be responsible to lead the data entry process by maintaining confidentiality.

Job Requirements
a. Education
The applicant should hold a minimum of a university degree in Information Technology, Database Management, Social Work or Social Administration, Development Studies, Knowledge Management and other related areas.
b. Work Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and use of IMS and Case Management.
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies
Language Skills:
Good written and spoken English and Local Language.
