IRC has been working in Pakistan for approximately 40 years, managing and delivering large, complex programs to meet the needs in health, education, safeguarding, environmental health, and livelihoods for displaced, poor, and disaster-affected communities. IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and is currently working across the country.

Job Overview/Summary:

IRC is looking for a competent candidate to be hired as an Office Aid based at the Chakdara office with the following major responsibilities.

  • The Office Aide will be responsible for providing support services to the team at the office.
  • Prepare and serve tea to staff and keep the kitchen and utensils in order.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the office, i-e office furniture, fixtures/equipment on a daily basis.
  • Support the team in making Photocopies, collecting, sorting, and distributing documents, as requested.
  • Ensure that the photocopy machine is maintained and used properly.
  • Identify and report maintenance problems timely if any. Keep photocopy machines stocked with paper and supplied with toner.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned,

Job Requirements:

a) Education:

  • Matriculation ( Preferably )

b) Work Experience:

  • Previous working experience with NGO/INGO

c) Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic literacy
  • Responsiveness to direction and willingness to learn.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge to operate Photocopier
  • Soft nature / cool minded

Language Skills:

  • Must be fluent in Urdu & Pashto.

Others:

Working Environment: Works well in coordination and facilitates teamwork, flexible and able to handle pressure well
