We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Visa Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with their visa needs. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice, managing documentation, and facilitating the entire visa process for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their visa goals and assess eligibility.
- Provide expert advice on visa options, requirements, and the overall process.
Documentation and Application Processing:
- Prepare and review applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Process and submit applications to relevant authorities and follow up on the status of applications.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay abreast of changes in visa laws, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that all services provided comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Provide regular updates on the status of visa applications and milestones.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal advisors and administrative staff, to streamline processes and enhance client service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Visa Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of visa laws, policies, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
Starting Salary: Rs. 50,000/- increment depends on Performance.
