As an Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing at Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited, you play a pivotal role in driving the companys online presence and enhancing its digital marketing initiatives. You will assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that marketing strategies align with the overall business objectives of the company while generating engaging content that resonates with the target audience. Your proficiency in data analysis and SEO optimization will underpin your decision-making, helping to refine and enhance campaign performance effectively. Given that this role does not involve managing a team, you will focus on working collaboratively with internal and external resources to achieve shared marketing goals and maximize the impact of digital initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of diverse digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and facilitate effective communication across departments.
  • Create compelling and relevant content tailored for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters to boost engagement and improve brand visibility.
  • Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality multimedia content that enhances digital marketing initiatives and promotes brand values.
  • Manage and develop the companys social media profiles by increasing follower count, engagement rates, and overall brand presence in the digital space.
  • Monitor social media trends and insights, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and adapt to changing consumer behavior.
  • Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns, from copywriting and template design to analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Support SEO optimization efforts by enhancing website content, ensuring best practices are followed, and conducting thorough keyword research to increase organic search visibility.
  • Contribute to the management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google AdWords and other PPC channels to maximize traffic and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement while suggesting actionable strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the companys strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing efforts.
  • Engage and collaborate with other marketing team members and departments to ensure a seamless and integrated marketing strategy, enhancing overall effectiveness.
