Site Engineer

Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Site Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing site activities, ensuring effective project execution, and maintaining high construction standards. With a focus on project management and quality control, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The Site Engineer will manage a small team of 2 persons, fostering a motivating environment to promote productivity and teamwork. Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve challenges efficiently will be essential in collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow, addressing any challenges that arise during construction.
Supervise construction workers by allocating tasks based on skills and project needs, maintaining a motivated and productive team environment.
Monitor project timelines and ensure the timely completion of tasks by identifying and resolving potential delays proactively.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to align on project goals, specifications, and necessary adjustments to enhance workflow.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain compliance with design specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily logs, checklists, and other records necessary for quality assurance and project tracking.
Review and verify contractor billing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements before approval.
Track and report daily progress, providing updates and insights to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Utilize project management tools to plan and monitor project progress more efficiently, ensuring that all activities adhere to project specifications.
Apply civil engineering principles to troubleshoot site issues and suggest practical solutions that promote safety and efficiency.
