Tender Executive

You will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to preparing/ submitting comprehensive proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure the submission of competitive and compliant tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities in the medical devices and surgical disposable sector.
Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulations.
Work closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, legal, and finance) to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and timely tender preparation/ submissions.
Track tender deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed within the stipulated timeframe.
Draft, review, and edit tender proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and competitiveness.
Ensure all tender submissions adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Maintain regular follow-up with Sales Team post-submission to address any queries and provide additional information as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all tender activities, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and reporting.

Qualifications:

Intermediate/ A-Level with Good Computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
