Our solar company is looking for solar engineers and diploma holder technicians / installers with hands on experience in following
Designing Solar Energy Systems: tailored to meet specific project requirements, determining the appropriate type and size of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and other components based on factors such as energy needs, location, shading, and budget constraints.
Installation and Commissioning: physically undertake installation of solar panels, wiring, inverters, and other system components complying with safety codes and standards while maximizing energy production efficiency.
Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of solar energy systems. also troubleshoot and diagnose issues that arise, and perform repairs as needed.
Monitoring and Performance Analysis: monitoring systems to track the performance of solar energy systems over time and adjusting system configurations, implementing efficiency improvements, or recommending equipment upgrades.
Customer Education and Support: interact with customers to provide guidance on system operation, maintenance best practices, and energy-saving tips.
