Job Description: Junior Web Developer (UI/UX Demos)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Web Developer to join our team on a remote basis. As a Junior Web Developer, you will primarily focus on creating visually appealing UI/UX demos using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours of work per week, offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in web development, UI/UX design, and working remotely within a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our design and development teams to conceptualize and create engaging UI/UX demos for web applications.
Implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Utilize JavaScript to enhance interactivity and functionality within the UI/UX demos.
Adhere to best practices and industry standards for web development, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and actively seek opportunities for learning and improvement.
Collaborate with other team members in a remote setting, communicating effectively through virtual channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and UI/UX design.

Requirements:

A strong passion for web development and UI/UX design, with a desire to grow and learn in these areas.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, with the ability to create responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
Basic understanding of JavaScript and its libraries to add interactivity to UI/UX demos.
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and solve problems independently.
Prior experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education and Experience:

A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not required. (Not mandatory)
Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
