We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inbound Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The Inbound Telesales Representative will handle incoming calls from prospective customers, provide product information and close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, persuasive and able to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen to customers' needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Present product features and benefits persuasively to generate interest and close sales.
  • Build rapport with customers and overcome objections to drive sales conversions.
  • Follow sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
  • Input customer information and sales data accurately into the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and sales techniques through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar.
  • Proven experience in inbound sales, outbound sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen actively, identify customer needs and offer solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Experience:

Note: It’s an onsite job with Evening Shift.

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
