Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory management.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
Ensure timely tax compliance and assist with internal and external audits.
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with management to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CA qualification is preferred).

Experience

1-2 years of professional accounting experience,
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
