We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and employees, providing excellent customer service while handling a variety of administrative tasks. The Receptionist will ensure a smooth operation of the front office and contribute to a positive first impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  • Handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
