• Provide support to staff regarding proper preparation and serving of food.
  • Support day to day activities of admin department, Preparation of Food and Tea to IRP staff and guests as well as Food & refreshment of events, supplies purchasing.

 SERVICES

  •  Follow the time schedule of the lunch, tea and dinner of IR staff and prepare food according to the instructions of the mess manager.
  • Preparing of food & serving during official events

  • Knowledge of IR office decorum policies
  • Good understanding of minimum standards on child protection inclusive guidelines in humanitarian action.

 Key Accountabilities

  • Preparing and serving food, Cleaning of kitchen & crockery
  • While preparing food, strictly follow the hygiene and sanitation and ensure the cleanliness of kitchen, utensils and dining hall.

Organizational

  • Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards harassment, bulling, violence, bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
  • Focused efforts to ensure rights holders, (including people with disability, older people, minorities, women, and children) communities, vendors, interns, volunteers and   etc. in consultation & implementation of project activities at ground.
  • Participation and facilitation in implementation of IR seasonal programmes.

Person Specification

  • It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its PSEAH (preventing sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols.
