• MIS Assistant Officer will be responsible to create, update / maintain the MIS for the project as per project and data requirements.
  • MIS Assistant Officer will be responsible to store/update/maintain the database in a useful, contextual and logical order.
  • In collaboration, consultation with MEAL Officer and relevant technical lead MIS Assistant Officer will also develop formats/tools for data collection as per data requirements in the project.
  • MIS Assistant Officer shall be responsible to orient the field team/enumerators/data collection team on the data collection tool.
  • MIS Officer will be responsible to apply all data quality checks on the data collected from the field before entry into the MIS.
  • MIS Assistant Officer shall be responsible for coordination with team in acquiring/collecting the required data/information.
  • In collaboration with MEAL Assistant officer the MIS officer shall be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the data in the submitted tools before entry into MIS.
  • The data tools/forms having incomplete/illogical and inconsistent shall not be accepted/received from the relevant field team rather the issue should be reported to the relevant team lead for corrective measures.
  • The data discrepancy shall be flagged immediately to the project lead and MEAL Coordinator for prompt action.
  • Responsible to develop reports/dashboards and periodic donor briefs in collaboration with the info-graphic support from IRP Media and Communication.
  • Responsible for data integrity, confidentiality and compliance as per organization policies and national/international data sharing protocols.
  • Enable to use various technological equipments, gadgets, software’s including laptop, Kobo, recorders to record data
  • Ensuring that all the processing issues are resolved
  • Accomplishing the goal of the organization by ensuring that their work is up to date
  • Reviewing the various errors and correcting them
  • Keeping information confidential to save the organization from any security threats.
  • Entering right holders data within the deadlines for smooth functioning
