• Assist staff in processing Job Request and ensure availability of updated JDs showing essential and desired job competencies/skill
  • Ensure advertisement of approved positions through the recruitment portal
  • Conduct initial screening and logging pf completed applications/CVs
  • Ensure timely preparation for recruitment affairs i.e. telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, calling candidates, sharing of structured interview questionnaires with panellists, conducting test and negotiating with recommended candidates etc.
  • To ensure forms filling, document collection of new staff
  • Ensure comprehensive record keeping for Country Office staff
  • Ensure availability of up to date employee personal files as well as their safety & Confidentiality
  • To ensure timesheet submission by all Country Office staff
  • To ensure maintenance and monitoring of the attendance system, entry/exit of new joiners/leavers on regular basis
  • Printing & registration of employee ID cards
  • Provide support on the development & implementation of policies
  • To ensure knowledge of local labour laws
  • Assist in HR audit & provision of relevant data/information
  • Ensuring compliance as per IR policies to promote IR values ad norms & maintain IR culture in field offices

PERSON SPECIFICATION

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with Islamic values and principles as well as commitment to Islamic Relief Worldwide vision, mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.

Qualification:

Bachelor / Master Degree in HR or relevant field

Experience:

6 months with Master degree and/or 1/2 year with Bachelor degree

Computer Skills:

MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems familiarity

Language:

Urdu and English

  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience, and able to maintain self-control in difficult situations.
  • Able to work under extreme conditions in field areas.
  • Good communication skills in local as well as English / Urdu language which delivers information with clarity in a wide range of situations.

  • Has a learning attitude and a continuous improvement philosophy.
