JOB PURPOSE:           

The intern will be given an exposure to all the function and project activities under the Caring Communities for Children-CCC. He/she will learn how to execute the programme related matters service delivery and Learning & development initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    The Incumbent will be involved in hard record management including but limited to beneficiaries assessment details, baseline surveys, Business grants detail, BOQ and drawing preparation and stakeholder analysis files. 

2.    The incumbent will facilitate project team in file development & tagging as IRP Archives record management policy.

3.    Preparing field plans and prior communication and intimation to concerned communities regarding field visits after consulting with relevant project staff.

4.    Supporting relevant project staff in the management of right-holder pictures in soft form.

5.    Will be involved in conducting baseline surveys, Beneficiary assessment, area mapping and stakeholders mapping exercise in line with project documents.

6.    Assist relevant project officers during meetings with communities, stakeholders and service providers, contractors and vendors.

7.    Learn about basic techniques of social mobilization, community group formation, and advocacy.

8.    Learning about delivering sessions on child rights, women’s rights, protection, WASH, water mapping, health and hygiene, microenterprise development.

9.    Get exposure to IRP development framework, project thematic areas and proposal development modules.

10. Work in collaboration with Seasonal Program team to execute the seasonal programs and other program authorities.    

11. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Person Specification

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.
