KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Implementation of project activities as per business process and project document
· Development of technical documents and tools for capacity building of Community based groups as per project design.
· Supporting project team in development of tools of for different surveys like KAP, KISOKs etc.
· Strong collaborations with Government relevant Departments for smoothly implementation of program.
· Development of resource material for events & sessions.
· Development of IEC materials for the project activities
· Organizing events in collaboration with Government departments.
· To ensure the sustainability, effective linkages will be built with free psychosocial services providers.
· Any duty Assign by Line manager
· Designing integrated work plans in collaboration with teams from other departments/thematic areas.
· Coordinate with internal (APM, livelihood specialist other sector leads at CO & area level) & external (Clusters, contractors, public health department, other organization’s representatives working in project areas, community activists, Dignity Groups and beneficiary households) stakeholders related to project and other matters of mutual interest.
· In place contingency plan to deal with external factors affecting or may affect the field activities
· Ensure preparation & record management of project activities.
· Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and other progress reports for management’s info.
· Preparation financial and narrative reporting for project donors.
· Ensure proper filling of forms & formats as per desired standard
· Extend support to MEAL / MIS / Communications staff for gathering desired information.
· Close coordination with line manager for effective implementation of project activities.
· Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities.
· In depth understanding of IR values and their demonstration in the field while working with communities.
· Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
· Thorough knowledge of IR strategic priorities to ensure effective implementation with future sustainability.
· Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing IR work
· Facilitate communities in adaptation of environment friendly & cost effective approaches to meet their current as well as future needs with specific attention to climate change.
· Focused efforts to be made for mainstreaming of marginalized groups i.e. Persons with disability and old age, minorities, Women & children etc. in consultation & implementation of project activities at ground.
· Strengthen mechanism to Influence the decision makers through communities to pay attention towards their core issues, give voice to suffering and the excluded, highlighting the protection needs of people.
· Participation and facilitation in implementation of IR seasonal programmes.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its PSEAH (preventing sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. Qualification & Experience:
· Master’s degree in social science or other relevant field.
· Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience of similar role in NGO/INGO setup.
Computer Skills:
MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems familiarity
Language:
English, Urdu and local language

· Strong emotional intelligence and resilience, and able to maintain self-control in difficult situations.
· Able to work under extreme conditions in field areas.
· Good communication skills in local as well as English / Urdu language which delivers information with clarity in a wide range of situations.
· Has a positive nature and able to overcome issues that create hindrance in achievement of entrusted goals / objectives.
· Has a learning attitude and a continuous improvement philosophy.
