Technical Level:

  • Assist District Coordinator in conducting survey of Area /assessment in the villages
  • Assist in installation of water Filteration plant.
  • Assist District Coordinator in guiding and Meeting of communities in implementation of water distribution.
  • Assist Project Coordinator in making case studies and reports of successful intervention.
  • Monitoring of water trucking.

Ensure quality of water.

  • Coordinate with staff in other organs of the programme
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly  work plans
  • Reporting progress to District Coordinator
  • Preparing presentations in case of official visitor’s arrival in the office.
  • Participation in the PPM and staff meetings

Operational Level:

  • Development of work plans for timely implementation
  • Surveys, Data Collection & report generation
  • Record management – field visits, CO meetings, beneficiary data etc.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook,

Organizational Level:

  • Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities.
  • In depth understanding of IR values and their demonstration in the field while working with communities.
  • Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
  • Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing IR work
  • Participation and facilitation in the implementation of IR seasonal programs.
