Technical Level:
- Assist District Coordinator in conducting survey of Area /assessment in the villages
- Assist in installation of water Filteration plant.
- Assist District Coordinator in guiding and Meeting of communities in implementation of water distribution.
- Assist Project Coordinator in making case studies and reports of successful intervention.
- Monitoring of water trucking.
Ensure quality of water.
- Coordinate with staff in other organs of the programme
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly work plans
- Reporting progress to District Coordinator
- Preparing presentations in case of official visitor’s arrival in the office.
- Participation in the PPM and staff meetings
Operational Level:
- Development of work plans for timely implementation
- Surveys, Data Collection & report generation
- Record management – field visits, CO meetings, beneficiary data etc.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook,
Organizational Level:
- Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities.
- In depth understanding of IR values and their demonstration in the field while working with communities.
- Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
- Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing IR work
- Participation and facilitation in the implementation of IR seasonal programs.
