Job Title: Assistant Manager Operations.
Location: Islamabad.
Gender: Male/Female
Salary on Probation: 100,000 PKR Per Month
Salary after Probation: 150,000 PKR Per Month
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager Operations to oversee and streamline the activities Department. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operations within the Department.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Implement best practices to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and drive process improvements.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve production targets while maintaining cost controls.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maximize their potential and contribute to departmental success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and suggest ways to enhance overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 16 years of Education preferably in Operations Management, Business Administration, or any field is must. Master's degree is a plus.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. However, relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of operational principles, process optimization, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
