We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries as Associate Manager Admin & Security (Control Room). As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising control room operations, ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel, and responding to emergencies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise control room operators and staff.
- Monitor and operate control room equipment and systems, including security cameras, alarms, and communication systems.
- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of events and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct security checks and surveillance, as required.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of communication equipment and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to control room operators.
- Plan and coordinate communication operations for mock drills and operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Develop and conduct training programs for control room operators.
Requirements:
- Retired Hawaldar (or equivalent) from Pakistan Defense Forces.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Knowledge of control room operations and procedures.
- Familiarity with control room equipment and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts
Note: The position of Associate Manager Admin & Security entails significant security responsibilities; therefore, applicants with experience in security management will be given preference.
