Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries as Deputy Director Administration & Security. The successful candidate will oversee and manage our organization's administrative operations, with a strong emphasis on security responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee the management of facilities, including security systems and protocols, to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Manage the budget and finances for the administrative department, including procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Liaise with government agencies, external stakeholders, and other relevant bodies on administrative and security matters.
- Manage and supervise the work of administrative staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Manage and oversee the security of the nationwide superstores and outlets.
Requirements:
- Retired Subedar Major of Pakistan Army.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and finances.
- Knowledge of security systems and protocols.
