Job Title: Director – Procurement
Location: Islamabad

Salary on Probation: 400,000 PKR Per Month
Salary after Probation: 500,000 PKR Per Month

We're seeking a Director of Procurement to provide visionary leadership and ensure the efficient sourcing of goods and services while maximizing value for our organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with our business goals and growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs, establish vendor partnerships, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Implement data-driven approaches to analyze supplier performance, monitor market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient procurement cycles.
- Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Drive sustainable and socially responsible procurement practices, aligning with company values and industry best practices.
- Foster innovation by exploring new procurement technologies and approaches to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in procurement roles, with 8 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, sourcing strategies, and supply chain optimization.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in procurement software and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and strategic partnerships.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or similar are highly desirable.
