We are a well-established eCommerce company with over a decade of experience in the industry. With our headquarters in the UK and expanding operations in Pakistan, we are looking for a talented Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance using tools like Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry news to ensure our strategies remain effective.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online community, fostering strong relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Run paid social media campaigns, including setting up targeting, managing budgets, and optimizing performance to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media contests, promotions, and other interactive campaigns.

Skills Required:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for crafting compelling content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve social media strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
