We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager Operations to help manage and track the monthly progress of both the company and the COO. You will assist in assigning tasks, tracking ongoing projects, and improving productivity using basic tools like Google Sheets and ClickUp (or Trello).
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update monthly progress reports for the company
- Track ongoing orders and new client acquisition
- Help assign and follow up on weekly tasks and goals
- Use tools like Google Sheets, ClickUp, or Trello to manage workflows
- Support the COO in staying consistent with key goals
- Prepare a monthly performance report for review
- No prior experience required – willingness to learn is key
- Basic understanding of productivity tools (ClickUp, Google Sheets)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Self-driven and detail-oriented
- Female candidates preferred (as per experiment-based approach)
- Experience in remote task management and productivity systems
- A structured learning environment with mentorship
