Job Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of the SCF Product suite
- Development, approvals, and renewals of Anchor level approvals
- Coordination with Anchors with respect to SCF programs and all facility-level and legal documentation
- Reviews and monitoring of existing products
- Portfolio Monitoring
- Structuring limits in line with SCF principles to facilitate SME/Commercial lending while mitigating risk
- Digitalization of products for operational efficiency
- Coordination with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Competencies:
- Product Development experience
- Understanding of credit principles, business models of various industries, and risk-mitigating techniques.
- Familiar with SBP PRs along with credit norms and disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound analytical abilities.
