READ Foundation is seeking applications from highly motivated individuals with skills and experience in assessment and evaluation to support the systematic planning, implementation, and analysis of assessments and evaluations within the research and training programmes of the organization.
Assessment Planning: Develop assessment and evaluation plans to measure the effectiveness and impact of programmes, projects, or initiatives.
Student Assessment: Enhance the quality of student assessment across READ Foundation schools by improving the quarterly summative assessments as well as formative/ continuous assessments.
Data Collection: Implement data collection methods, which may include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and quantitative data collection tools.
Data Analysis: Analyse collected data to identify trends, patterns, and key findings, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive assessment and evaluation reports, including recommendations for improvement based on findings.
Programme Improvement: Collaborate with relevant teams to suggest improvements and modifications to existing programmes or processes based on assessment outcomes.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to evaluation standards, ethics, and best practices in data collection and analysis.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate assessment and evaluation findings to stakeholders, including management, staff, and external partners.
Data Visualization: Present data in a visually compelling and understandable manner using graphs, charts, and presentations.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and tools related to assessment and evaluation.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
