Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Junior Branchless Banking Specialist. In this role, you will provide frontline technical support utilizing branchless banking platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance including branchless banking apps and digital wallets
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues providing timely and effective resolution to ensure minimal disruption to banking operations
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams about technical issues
  • Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions ensuring accurate documentation for future reference and analysis
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior branchless banking specialist for further investigation and resolutions following established escalation procedures and protocols
  • Participate in quality assurance activities such as testing new features and updates to branchless banking system to ensure functionality, usability, and security standards are met

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field(or equivalent work experience 02 Years )
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot application issues independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
  • Familiarity with banking systems, digital banking platforms and mobile technologies is a plus
