We are seeking Booking Agents / Counter Agents to join our dynamic cargo and logistics team across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will assist customers, manage bookings, process transactions, and ensure efficient cargo operations at the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking cargo shipments and address their inquiries.
- Accurately input booking details into the system.
- Handle cash transactions and issue receipts.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all bookings.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment processing.
- Maintain a clean and professional counter environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: F.A. (Intermediate) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a cargo, courier, or logistics-related role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to PKR 20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
