We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to oversee and coordinate administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning by managing schedules, handling communication, maintaining records, and supporting team members with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility management and supplies procurement.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization standards.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize correspondence, emails, and documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, and appointments, and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for staff.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records, including employee databases, financial records, and other company files.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as the point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow and handle inquiries professionally.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks as needed.

Team Support:

  • Support HR and management in onboarding new employees.
  • Provide assistance in event planning and other team initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
