We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience and hold an MBA from a reputable institution. As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for training sales teams, clients, and internal staff on the features, benefits, and uses of our products. You will play a key role in ensuring that our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams and clients on the company's products, ensuring comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Design engaging training materials, including presentations, product manuals, and e-learning content.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of different audiences.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with current product offerings.
  • Stay updated on new product developments, features, and industry trends to provide timely and relevant training.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams to enhance product knowledge and improve performance.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and sales teams to identify areas of improvement in product training and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the HR and management team to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in product-related industries.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive training programs that cater to different learning styles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and other presentation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
