:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, and data analysis, contributing to optimizing our processes. Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing supply chain performance metrics and generating reports.
- Support inventory management activities, ensuring data accuracy and efficient stock levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory updates.
- Provide administrative support for purchasing and logistics activities.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed to follow up on orders and schedules.
- Contribute to special projects related to supply chain optimization and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous internship or related experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
