The position’s major role and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Execution of business and web analysis, planning and executing marketing initiatives, merchandising (adding new products), and website optimization to achieve revenue growth and sustain successful e-commerce business.
This is a sales / growth oriented position - performance will be measured by activities and results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate the business health and performance of our B-to-C E-commerce websites regularly to identify room for improvement.
- Plan and develop strategies and execute initiatives for revenue growth using marketing channels i.e., Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Site Optimization, etc.
- Work closely with Web Designers, Operations and IT team or freelancers to manage and deliver projects and tasks to close.
- Work closely with business partners, i.e., product suppliers.
- Submit weekly business reports and quarterly business forecasts to our Management team.
Stay abreast of the marketing trends and requirements for EC business to continuously find ways to increase and grow our EC business.
