Job Title: Marketing Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We're seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative to promote our products/services to new and existing customers. This role combines marketing and sales skills to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
1. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
3. Create engaging content (social media, email, blogs).
4. Manage lead generation and nurturing processes.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (product, creative) to align marketing strategies
Sales:
1. Build and maintain customer relationships.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
3. Present products/services to customers.
4. Negotiate and close deals.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets.
Shared Responsibilities:
1. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics.
2. Analyze sales data and marketing metrics.
3. Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.
4. Participate in trade shows, events, and conferences.
5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales.
3. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Nice to Have:
