We are looking for a Merchandising Officer to join our team and support our client in managing product listings, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless inventory management across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce operations, or inventory management, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires US-aligned working hours or at least a few overlapping hours with Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
  • Optimize product visibility, descriptions, images, and content for better customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales trends, inventory levels, and stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to make data-driven merchandising decisions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in product research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure that products are displayed correctly across various digital platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to enhance customer experience and sales conversions.
  • Generate reports on inventory, sales performance, and merchandising activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, inventory management, or eCommerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports, inventory data, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willing to work US-aligned hours or have significant overlap with US time zones.

Nice to Have, but Not Mandatory

  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics coordination.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
  • Exposure to product sourcing and vendor management.
