IT Maintenance (Remote):
- Remotely perform routine preventive maintenance on PCs, tabs, and printers at sites.
- Providing support remotely in setting up new equipment at sites or for officials.
- Provide emergency support when required.
IT Maintenance (On-Site):
- Maintain Systems at RAK Services including all equipment’s hardware and software in the office and kept them functional.
- Resolve Internet and networking issues as required.
- Make purchases of new IT equipment as and when required.
Networking:
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
- Install and configure firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Implement network security best practices including VPNs, access controls, and data encryption.
CCTV Footage Recovery (Remote & On-Site):
- Ensure that CCTV equipment is operational and gather & provide CCTV footage as and when required.
Company’s own software User Management:
- Manage User IDs for sites and clients.
- Provide support in setting up or changing 2FA and Passwords for user accounts.
- Provide support if sites are facing difficulty while using any feature of software.
Email Management:
- Create and maintain the Gmail accounts for RAK Services officials and Sites.
- Create and maintain the Gmail accounts for Clients.
Platforms Management:
- Manage the Site’s Layout and visibility platforms, if required.
- Manage Social Media Platforms for the company & clients, if required.
- Maintain the delivery partners platforms for clients, when required.
- Any other support work assigned by Higher Management.
