We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales & Marketing Executive to visit shopkeepers, retailers, and wholesalers, promoting our products and explaining why buying from us is the best choice.
Responsibilities:
- Visit shops daily and introduce AA Traders' products and pricing benefits.
- Convince shopkeepers to buy from us by highlighting competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Gather market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal bike for field visits.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or distribution (preferred).
- Knowledge of the wholesale/general store industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at building customer trust.
