Sales / Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and Dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales and marketing initiatives for our education programs and services. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote education products and services.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the education sector.
Create and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Develop promotional materials, manage digital campaigns, and oversee content creation.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate clients.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Set monthly targets, and train and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Use insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in marketing, Education, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized or reputable international university;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable organization.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
