Recruitment and Staffing:

 

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, including crafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with relevant department heads.
  • Work on workforce planning and employment processing, which may involve new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Address employee grievances and conduct investigations in response to employee complaints.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee performance review systems.
  • Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.

Policy Formulation:

  • Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Ensure job classifications and HR records are accurate and up to date.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify business challenges and use data-driven insights to create solutions.
  • Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Command of verbal & written English
