Receptionist

The receptionist serves as the face of the company, providing a warm, courteous, and professional greeting to all visitors and callers. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring they are assisted promptly and professionally
Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges)
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
