We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Machine Operator / Helper to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist the supervisor in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining equipment, and supporting daily production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating machines and equipment under the supervision of senior operators.
- Load and unload materials into machines for processing.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues or malfunctions to the operator or supervisor.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in quality checks and ensure products meet company standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the machine operator or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of machine operations is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and manual labor.
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours, if required.
