The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Zoho Books and Shopify and will streamline processes across finance, inventory, and operations to support business growth.
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations, using Zoho Books, Quick books Online·
- Monitor cash flow and expenses to ensure financial efficiency.·
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with inventory operations to track inventory valuation and costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across Zoho Books and Shopify, ensuring system synchronization.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and place orders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Optimize inventory processes to reduce costs and improve turnover.
- Ensure accurate SKU setup, product categorization, and inventory tracking on Shopify.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring workflows between Zoho Books and Shopify are seamless.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely procurement and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory, order fulfillment, and system integration.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
- Support scalability efforts by identifying and addressing inefficiencies in operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Proven experience in financial management, inventory control, and operational roles.
- Must have experience in Zoho Books, Shopify (any other e-commerce platform),
- Quick books Online and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
