The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Zoho Books and Shopify and will streamline processes across finance, inventory, and operations to support business growth.

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations, using Zoho Books, Quick books Online·
  • Monitor cash flow and expenses to ensure financial efficiency.·
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with inventory operations to track inventory valuation and costs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across Zoho Books and Shopify, ensuring system synchronization.
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and place orders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Optimize inventory processes to reduce costs and improve turnover.
  • Ensure accurate SKU setup, product categorization, and inventory tracking on Shopify.
  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring workflows between Zoho Books and Shopify are seamless.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely procurement and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory, order fulfillment, and system integration.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
  • Support scalability efforts by identifying and addressing inefficiencies in operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in financial management, inventory control, and operational roles.
  • Must have experience in Zoho Books, Shopify (any other e-commerce platform),
  • Quick books Online and inventory management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
