1. Planning, reporting and periodic reviews with team.
  2. Team building, coaching and management. 
  3. Conflict resolution (project team and community)
  4. Compliance on KK and donor systems and policies at all levels (Finance, procurement, administration and program)
  5. Regular and need based monitoring visits to each RV, school and ALP. 
  6. Provide assistance to project coordinator in supervision and monitoring of the field activities.
  7. Facilitate FEOs in conducting FGD, s and Base Line Validation.
  8. Collect weekly and monthly progress report from EOs and submit to project coordinator.
  9. Collect and verify all field data and submit to data analysist for entry and reporting.
  10. Conduct regular field visits and share mean of verification of each activity with the Project Coordinator.
  11. Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to project coordinator
  12. Networking with district level stakeholder (govt, NGOs and Education department)
