We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant Operations Manager to join our team and support our human resources and operational functions.

Job Description:

Position Overview: The HR Assistant Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the HR and operational functions of our software house. This individual will work closely with the HR Manager and operations team to ensure the efficient management of HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Operational Support:
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with HR practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key HR and operational metrics to senior management.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics, operational performance, and employee data.
  • Assist with audits and compliance checks as required.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage or assist with HR and operational projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or operations management, preferably in a software house or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and operational procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
