We are looking for a dynamic HR Officer to oversee the daily operations of the HR department and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily HR Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment. Foster employee engagement through programs and initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing and monitoring the performance appraisal process. Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues and setting goals for staff development.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and seminars to improve skills and enhance performance. Assist in identifying development needs and recommending learning opportunities.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Support the HR team in administering payroll, and benefits programs, and ensuring employee compensation is competitive and in line with company policies.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure the company's HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Review and update policies as needed.
  • HR Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, performance, and training activities. Prepare and deliver reports on HR activities and metrics for management.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Assist in creating and implementing programs that support the overall well-being of employees, such as wellness initiatives, work-life balance strategies, and recognition programs.
  • HR Technology & Systems: Utilize HRIS software to streamline HR processes, manage employee records, and generate necessary reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a software house or IT services company, with a strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and best practices.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
