• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
  • Assist Manager Procurement in maintaining the procurement cycle by accomplishing all the tasks assigned by him efficiently.
  • Support the procurement team in sourcing and selecting suppliers for goods and services.
  • Coordinate and oversee procurement activities, including requisitioning, purchasing, and contract management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and manage supplier audits.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

  • Monitor and report on procurement expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff and assist with their development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals.
