We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead our in-house team of designers and developers while also coordinating with external vendors for branding materials such as clothing, signboards, packaging, and boxes.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in both tech and creative environments and is eager to take ownership of operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the design and software development teams
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and team workflows
Liaise between internal creative teams and clients (as needed)
Oversee procurement and production of physical assets (e.g., branded clothing, signage, and packaging)
Visit local suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
Streamline internal processes and identify areas for optimization
Maintain clear documentation and reporting of project and operational progress
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with design or software development workflows is a plus
Willingness to travel within the city for supplier/vendor visits
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and lead cross-functional teams
