Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic and high-quality Nihari according to traditional recipes.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of the dish.
- Manage the kitchen operations, including inventory and ingredient quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Innovate and suggest improvements to the existing recipe or new variations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cooking Nihari at a professional level (restaurant/hotel experience preferred).
- Expertise in handling spices and traditional cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
