We are looking for a highly skilled HR Officer (at GUJAR KHAN) with expertise in HR Operations, Recruitment, Organizational Development (OD), HRIS, Oracle, Labour Laws, Industrial Relations (IR), EOBI, and PESSI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and driving HR efficiency through technology and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding 
  • Manage HR operations, including employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR compliance 
  • Assist and maintain HRIS and Oracle HR modules to streamline HR functions 
  • Assist in OD programs, focusing on training, performance management, and succession planning 
  • Ensure full compliance with Labour Laws, EOBI, and PESSI while handling employee benefits and legal requirements 
  • Assist in Industrial Relations (IR) by handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee engagement initiatives 
  • Assist, enforce, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor regulations 
  • Foster a positive work environment and strengthen employee relations

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Experience: 2-4 years in HR Operations, Recruitment, OD, HRIS (Oracle), Labour Laws, IR, and EOBI/PESSI compliance 
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, labor law expertise, and proficiency in HRIS & Oracle, Analytical Skills, Power BI, MS Office.
