1. Payroll Processing

  • Administer full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Verify attendance, timesheets and leave records for accurate salary calculations.
  • Prepare payroll reports and ensure coordination for salary payments.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to queries regarding salaries, deductions, and taxes.

2. Employee Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee data in the SAP and HRMS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure all employee records, including compensation, benefits, and tax deductions, are updated in real-time.
  • Generate reports from SAP & HRMS for management review, audits, and compliance checks.

3. Documentation of Joiners and Leavers

  • Manage the onboarding process by documenting new employees, setting up payroll, benefits enrollment, and taxation.
  • Ensure smooth offboarding of employees, including final settlement, benefits clearance, and exit documentation.
  • Collect clearance for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

4. Benefits Administration

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as medical reimbursement, life insurance, and fuel allowances.
  • Enroll employees in company insurance plans and manage claims, renewals, and benefit-related issues.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to resolve employee benefit queries and ensure optimal service delivery.

5. Attendance and Leave Management

  • Maintain attendance and leave records for payroll purposes.
  • Process leave applications, track leave balances, and ensure compliance with company leave policies.
  • Liaise for the approval of leave requests and manage any discrepancies.

6. Employee Old Age Benefit (EOBI) & Social Security

  • Manage the registration, contribution, and compliance processes for Employee Old Age Benefit (EOBI) and Social Security programs.
  • Ensure timely submissions of statutory payments and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.

7. Employee Salary Tax Calculation

  • Calculate and deduct employee salary taxes in compliance with tax laws.
  • Keep up-to-date with tax regulations affecting payroll to ensure ongoing compliance.

8. Costing and Budgeting Reports

  • Prepare and submit payroll costing and budgeting reports for management and finance.
  • Analyze payroll data to provide insights on labor costs and benefits.
  • Assist in developing annual payroll budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.

9. Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all payroll, benefits, and employee data management processes comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide payroll and benefits documentation for audits, legal inquiries, and internal reviews.
  • Generate reports on compensation, benefits utilization, leave balances, and statutory contributions for management decision-making.

10. Employee Support and Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for queries related to payroll, benefits, leave, and statutory deductions.
  • Educate on compensation, benefits packages, and tax-related matters.
  • Conduct onboarding paperwork for payroll procedures, benefit programs, and leave policies.
