• Develop sales strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
  • Lead the sales team to meet targets, and adapt strategies based on market trends and competition.
  • Pursue new business in all solar sectors, build relationships with key clients, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, tailor solar solutions to Client’s needs, and oversee project proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data and market feedback for strategic decisions and present regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to align sales with goals and ensure cross-departmental communication.
  • Train and manage the sales team on solar products, trends, and techniques while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
