Reports To: Director of Sales

As a Sales Executive in our outdoor advertising agency, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling our outdoor advertising solutions to a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  •    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the outdoor advertising sector.
  •    Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients and increase market share.
  •    Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

2. Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored advertising solutions.
  • Present advertising proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the agency.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

4. Campaign Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and address any issues or concerns that arise.

5. Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

7- Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the outdoor advertising or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of outdoor advertising formats and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office .
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8- Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with outdoor advertising sales or media sales.
  • Familiarity with Outdoor advertising and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.

9- Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with daily travel to meet clients and attend meetings.
  • Fast-paced environment with the potential for high-stress situations and tight deadlines.
  • Target based.
